YOU MAY WISH TO RAFFLE OFF OUR SMALLER GUMMIE BEARS AS WELL – EITHER OUR 5 LB BEAR OR OUR 2 LB BEAR. THESE ARE LESS EXPENSIVE TO PURCHASE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF THE ABOVE MUST BE ORDERED IN AND ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD

TO SET UP A RAFFLE YOU CAN FIND A PUBLIC LOCATION SUCH AS A MALL OR A FARMERS OR FLEA MARKET AND ASK IF YOU CAN SET UP A TABLE . YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET IN AT NO CHARGE. ANOTHER GREAT VENUE WOULD BE AT SPORTING EVENTS. USUALLY THE BEST BET WOULD BE AMATEUR EVENTS WHERE THER IS A TOURNAMENT OR CONTINUOUS EVENTS WHERE A GOOD AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ATTEND. YOU COULD ALSO SET UP AT YOUR OWN PRIVATE EVENT IF YOU ARE HAVING A FESTIVAL OR PARTY. ONCE AGAIN THE KEY TO SUCCESS WOULD BE TO ENSURE THE EVENT IS WELL ATTENDED.

THE BIG QUESTIONS ARE – HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU CHARGE.HOW MANY TICKETS SHOULD YOU GET PRINTED. HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU SELL THE TICKETS FOR. 

OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE TO DECIDE AND FIQURE OUT HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WISH TO MAKE TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS.  AS A GUIDELINE YOU SHOULD LOOK AT HOW MUCH THE ITEM COST YOU. THEN WHAT THE RETAIL PRICE IS OR AT LEAST WHAT THE PERCEIVED VALUE OF THE ARTICLE IS. TO MAKE YOUR TIME WORTH THE EFFORT YOU NEED TO TRY AND SELL ENOUGH TICKETS TO EARN AT LEAST DOUBLE OF WHAT THE RAFFLE ITEM IS WORTH OR EVEN MORE. THEN SET YOUR PRICES BASED ON THIS CRITERIA. 

EXAMPLE IF YOUR ARTICLE IS WORTH $250 WOULD A PERSON SPEND $1 ON A TICKET OR COULD YOU PUSH IT TO $5 PER TICKET. IF YOU WANTED GOOD ODDS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER THEN PERHAPS YOU COULD PRINT 100 TICKETS OR MAYBE UP TO  500 TICKETS. ONCE AGAIN THIS IS BASED ON YOUR COST, THE RETAIL VALUE PLUS HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WISH TO EARN. REMEMBER THE OTHER FACTOR IS YOUR CUSTOMERS DESIRE TO WIN THE PRODUCT PLUS THE ODDS A CUSTOMER IS WILLING TO TRY.
