AT THE END OF THE FUNDRAISER YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ORDER PRODUCT AS THIS IS ALL DONE FOR YOU. YOU ALSO DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PAYING FOR THE PRODUCT. IN FACT WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY THERE ARE NO WORRIES AND YOU ARE PAID BY US.

COST TO SET UP THE ONLINE STORE

Setting up the online store takes time and there is a cost associated with it. However we do not charge the fundraising organization for this. Occasionally for some products we may have to charge the customer a $1 or $2 delivery charge but this will only be on low margin products, will be per order, not per item and this will be discussed up front with the fundraising organization.

Visa/Mc and Paypal

The companies that conduct these transactions charge 3% plus a 30 cent charge per order. The fundraising organization will be responsible for these fees. These fees only occur if you are using the online store or conducting a combo fundraiser. These fees will be deducted from commissions so there is no upfront money on your part.

The GST Savings when you use the online store

Some products have gst associated with them and some don’t. If a product has gst associated with it then this will not affect you when you use the online store. Why? Because we collect the gst and submit it to the government . We pay you your money and thus you do not lose on the gst because it has already been paid to the government. 
Now a delivery charge will have gst added to the price but once again we collect and pay this so it costs you nothing

Minimum Sales

In order to get the fundraising wholesale price on products a minimum retail sales of $300 per vendor is required. If you are unable to reach this level of retail sales then you will receive 10% off the retail price to ensure that you at least make some money.

TRACKING SALES PEOPLE WHEN USING THE ONLINE STORE IS NOT DIFFICULT BUT IT DOES REQUIRE THAT YOU CUSTOMER INPUT THE SALES PERSONS NAME IN THE LAST FIELD OF WHERE THEY FILL OUT THERE CUSTOMER INFORMATION.

THE CUSTOMER INFORMATION FORM IS SIMPLY A STANDARD FORM THAT IS FILLED OUT FOR ANY TYPE OF ONLINE STORE WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE. THIS IS ALSO SO YOU KNOW WHO MADE THE PURCHASE AND WHERE THEY LIVE.
